Shipping Policy


Shipping Time

  • All orders ship out same day or next day Monday-Friday (excluding holidays)
  • You will receive an E-mail confirmation with a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.  (Please check your SPAM folder for E-mails about your order)
  • We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive.  Once your package is picked up by USPS from our processing center we are not liable for any delays experienced in-transit.

Lost or Missing Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  If your tracking information confirms that the order has been delivered to your address, but you have not received your order, please contact your local USPS directly to investigate this issue.

Incorrect Address

  • If you are shipping your order to a friend or family member please be sure to input the correct address upon checkout.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, is marked "UNCLAIMED" or "RETURN TO SENDER", or has been deemed "UNDELIVERABLE" for any reason by the carrier, we will notify you by email.
  • The original shipping will not be refunded on RTS (return to sender) packages.
  • Once we receive the package back from the carrier, our option is to either reship the package (buyer pays shipping) or refund the subtotal of your order minus the $5 RTS (return to sender) fee.
